How do I book Byley Village Hall?
To book the hall please contact the Bookings Secretary via 07926 571 172 or [email protected]
Where will i find the tables and chairs?
There are 10 5ft and 10 6ft rectangular tables stored under the raised stage to the left hand side. There are 80 chairs stored in the main hall underneath the windows. They are stacked 10 rows with no more than 8 in each stack.
Is it possible to sell alcohol at an event?
Yes it is. However you will need to obtain a Temporary Events notice before your booked date. Please contact the booking secretary for more information.
​Does my booking include caretaker services?
We currently do not offer a caretaker service at the hall. You are required to allow time in your booking for the set up and clearing away of the hall. The committee would be grateful to all users for the leaving the hall as you would wish to find it. Some bookings maybe subject to a refundable security deposit in order to cover any loses or damages made.
