Wedding Packages

​Byley Village Hall offers a beautiful countryside location for your wedding.

Our three day package starts from £800 and allows you full access of the hall from 1pm on the first day until 4pm on the third day. Giving you plenty of time to transform this fantastic blank canvas into a fairytale wedding setting. The recent addition of the separate lounge gives you the perfect space for reception drinks, so your guests can enjoy the glass covered patio and grassed area to the rear before sitting down in the main hall for the wedding breakfast. With ample room in the hall to comfortably seat 100 guests and still have space to dance the night away. 

Our fully fitted kitchen is ideal for use by both external caterers or those wishing to cater for themselves. The meeting room can be used to provide additional space for the kitchen and/or serving area for the food, if a buffet style meal is preferred. 

​The permanent raised staging provides a great area for your entertainment, from live bands to DJ's.
For an additional fee we are also able to offer PA, stage lighting hire, and a stage extension for those needing more room for the entertainment.

Whilst providing the perfect space for your wedding reception drinks, the lounge allows your guests a separate drinking area away from the main hall and also a quieter setting in the evening for those less inclined to join in with the dancing. Full details for obtaining a temporary events notice are provided within the package.

We understand preparing for your big day can be a busy and stressful time so the wedding package also allows for a trail set up, giving you the chance to try out your table displays rather than waiting for the day.
